Our Story, Craft & Commitment

Merchmind is an Australian-owned and operated printing company based in Queensland, Australia. We pride oursleves on delivering premium-quality merch and custom production for businesses, brands, and bands around the world.

Merchmind began from a personal turning point. In 2012, a spinal injury forced me to completely rethink my path. During recovery, I immersed myself in the music world and launched an independent record label and merch store.

For over a decade, I spent my spare time working on band merchandise and developing my printing skill set. Through that process I developed a deep appreciation for fabrics, garment construction, print technology and the details that separate average merch from something truly special.

Following several surgeries and complications, I was forced to quit my day job and began building Merchmind from my recovery bed. Initally outsourcing production while learning every part of the process. Over time, and with my partners' help, we invested in our own machinery and designed our workshops to run efficiently. Today, we produce 70% of our jobs in-house, and pride ourselves on the quality of our work.

Alongside our workshop in Queensland, we also operate a garment manufacturing facility in Indonesia, allowing us to offer completely custom cut-and-sew merchandise. Our approach is simple: focus on quality, understand the product from fabric to final print, and treat every job with the same level of care, whether it’s 10 pieces or 10,000.

Today we work with clients across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, and beyond, helping businesses, brands, and artists create merch that people actually want to wear.
